Just had these guys installed the wall charger for my new Tesla Model 3. Great experience overall. Initial assessment was very detailed and explained everything very well. Special call out to Nick and Clyde who took extra effort to explain the quote and booking the appointment. Dexter who did the actual installation was also great, professional and efficient. Great work, guys! I’m a very customer and will highly recommend you guys to every new Tesla owner I know. Thank you!

When I asked for a quote for installing Tesla charger, they sent someone over to check out the layout of the house to assess complexity of the project. From the beginning, everything was done very professionally. They made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding and cleaned up everything before leaving the site. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

After receiving a number of quotes from Tesla recommended installers, I decided to go with Signature Electric. From the very first call, Clyde was extremely helpful and provided feedback on my specific install. The electrician, Ladislav, was punctual, professional, and detailed during the installation. He looked for the best install options that led to the cabling in our basement almost hidden from casual view. He worked diligently all day and the quality of the install was excellent. Shirley and Clyde were great to deal with and helped us in sorting out the documentation needed to complete the MTO charger rebate. Overall one of the best contractor experiences I've had. I highly recommend them.

Signature is super friendly, helpful, and an awesome electrical contractor. I got a ChargePoint Home EV charger installed in my condo and every thing worked out great! An electrician (Ladislav) was done by the end of the day and did a very neat job. An ESA inspector came to the site to check the installation and I received the certificate in two days. The installation was competitively priced and had high ratings from various sources (Tesla Dealership, Tesla Owners Club and most important my neighbours)! Signature was the only contractor who told me that I could save $1,000 by applying for the EV charger incentive program! They walked me through the basic process of applying for the program and what documents to submit. The process wasn't difficult, but I had a hard time with Condo Management and Section 98

I compared many electricians for the installation of our EV connector and Signature Electric was the most friendly, proactive and their price was very competitive. Clyde and Shirley made the process of installation and ESA inspection very smoothly. The installer, Dexter, did a great job to make the cables almost invisible on the facade of our house. ESA inspection was fast (same day) and Clyde/Shirley helped me with all the paperwork for my Ontario EVCIP rebate application. Overall, fantastic experience, I highly recommend them.
