Marshall was very thorough and went above and beyond what I was expecting. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. I want some outside lighting installed and will most definitely be using him for that. It's nice to have an electrician you can call for issues and feel comfortable that he is doing a great job at a fair price.

Needed a new pool equipment connection. Marshall Electrical Contracting did a great job for me. I had some issues with my equipment and they came back to help me out even though all their work was sopt on. I interacted with 3 members of their team. They were all great guys, and open and willing to keep me informed even though I'm not electrically inclined Great job. Excellent value. Id recommend them any time. Will give yhem a call if i ever need more electrical work done.

Had Marshall come to fix some electrical in my house that I had gotten wrong. Was quoted $80 an hour. Initially everything was good. Then was advised that the job was bigger than anticipated. This in itself was fine - I understood the potential for that. However, he was unable to tell me (after being there 1 1/2 hours) whether it would take another 2 hours or another 6 hours. At that point it was easier just to let me go ahead, so I did, against my better judgement. Then the electrician came and told me that he had broken his tool and had to go and get a new one to avoid damaging the ceiling. OK. Comes back an hour later, and tells me that the store he went to did not have the tool that he needed. So, I paid for an hour of time for him to go and not get a tool, and now he was going to have to put extra holes in the ceiling anyway. Finished the job, took the rest of the day. I received an invoice the next day, but was billed $100 an hour instead of the $80 quoted. I emailed asking for it to be corrected, which they did (though they did not apologize for the error which was a $200 difference on the bill - the price hike was apparently to account for increases of materials, which doesn't make sense to me since you pay for materials separately). The terms of the invoice were Net 30, but they repeatedly emailed before that asking when I was going to pay and informing me that my payment was late. In short, the work was OK, but the business doesn't seem to be run in an organized way. Beware and watch your invoice to ensure that they don't charge you more than they quoted.
