Staff are rude and inconsiderate. They pulled into apartment parking lot space, over the line, blocking an elderly woman from getting out of the passenger side. When she told them she was trapped, they told her to move and called her a "Karen." Another woman was then trying to leave the lot, and they sat, doors open, equipment out, so she had to wiggle back and forth to get out.

This place is completely incompetent and irresponsible. Horrible workmanship and absolutely no respect for their employees. They become unresponsive and stop replying even though you are handling business with them. They are absolutely a scam believe everything you read and save yourself a headache. Also important to note that the 5 star reviews on here have been created by the management and owners of the company. A quick google search of the 5 star reviews will lead you to linkdn accounts which state positions for the company. They do this in order to raise their rating because it’s such a trash company and naturally due to real reviews they would be at 1 star. Do yourself a favour and hire professionals not these scammers.

We were a team of contractors that were given an apartment renovations contract for a building this company was working on. The tenants advised us that we were the 4th or 5th company of sub contractors that had come in for the same building which never seems to get done. It turns out that THESE guys are SCAMMERS. They will make you sign the most coercive and restrictive contracts that leave us with no legal rights and once we have completed 85-90% of the work they refuse to pay us. This company has refused to pay us 65% of the contract despite having completed nearly 90% of the job that we agreed on. If you're thinking of doing business with them, don't bother just go elsewhere. Forget "keeping your word" this company doesn't even honor their own restrictive contracts and will STEAL money from contractors who have put not hours or days, but weeks worth of hard work into the projects.

This company is comfortable scamming people and underpaying contractors they hire. It doesn’t cost $110 to tile an entire bathroom, backsplash and floor but according to them it does after the job is done. When you hire someone who provides a service you pay what the invoice says not make your own prices up afterward. Bait & Switch Con .See image for their version of what your work is worth.

I’ve worked this company for two projects. And I have one word. Altona renovations are “SCAMMERS”. They are dishonest. We have completed 80% of the work, and still haven’t got paid. They have the audacity to tell us we owe them money! If you’re looking to do business with them think twice.
