Thank you to Don for removing and replacing our light fixture in our 18 foot two-story foyer. The job was done in less than an hour and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Dina was my first contact. She was very professional and I especially appreciated her helpfulness, kindness, and warmth over the phone. I highly recommend Joe Pizik Electric.

Wonderful company. Our power went out and our generator worked as it was supposed to but our transfer switch had a part burn out. It literally melted out and I was concerned it was unsafe and might catch fire. I called the office at 9am and told them of my issue and by 11:30, Dale our technician showed up and an hour later had the part replaced. Dale took the time to explain what he was doing, let me watch over his shoulder and talked to me the entire hour he was here. Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. Other companies were charging “emergency” rates up to double their normal rate taking advantage of people during their time of need. Not Joe Pizik Electric. They helped me out when I needed them most. An enthusiastic 5 stars! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
