Tomasz was professional, patient, and thorough in conducting lots of tests to find the fault in a specific socket wire. Good personality and punctual rare to find someone arriving on time. Happy to use and recommend service again.

We booked this electrician in for 8am Saturday at a property we need electrical work done in. He texted us 5 mins before to say he's just leaving and will be "a bit" late. No problem, we thought- he's only based 10 mins away, so we stood around waiting. 1hr 50 mins later, we're still waiting for him to turn up & have had to cancel various plans. Had he simply told us he'd be around 2 hours, we could have managed to get other things done in the mean time instead of him wasting our time.

I took my car in as there was a problem with the Clutch. It is a VolksWagon Golf and has been reliable, but the clutch now needed replacing. I am very busy and wanted the kind of place where I could just leave the car and not worry about a thing. I gave a target date and left my car with them. A few days later, I got a call saying that it was ready for collection and have had no problems since. I was pleased as it was both on time and within budget. I found the service simple friendly and without fuss. I recommend this team for anyone looking for the same.

took my Fiat Punto for MOT, left it there thinking they would be doing the MOT at the garage, no they take your car to another garage to get it tested. Got a call from them saying car failed MOT and the as there was a problem with exhaust, and that it would cost £200 to fix. I agreed to this and later that afternoon went to pick up the car. They could not provide an invoice as 'the system was down' also wanted the payment in cash so 'they would not charge VAT'... promised to send an invoice as soon as 'the system' was back in operation... sure enough invoice never turned up.. would not use them again..as I said left me feeling suspicious...
