I hired STS Electric to do electrical upgrade to my house since I still had old fuses and was constantly blowing circuits. I needed them to also add outlets and since I was redoing my kitchen. I felt this would be the right time to upgrade my amps and do all new electrical for the first floor since all the wiring was old cloth original wiring. I met with the superintendent at the time of starting the job and since then he was in direct contact with me and my husband. Had really sometimes hard time understanding some of the concepts but when the electricians explained to us what was needed and why.. it made sense. I am so glad I hired these guys and yeah almost forgot these guys are awesome when it comes to lighting consultation... they know what would look good and what wouldn't. Usually you hear stories about how bad the contractors were and what not but I am so glad that we went with STS. They also have great plumbers who are licensed that were able to get some of the plumbing rerouted in the kitchen and change a few pipes. Great work guys.. Please keep it up. (These guys actually clean up after they are done with the job)...

Yesterday they came to install our Electric Vehicle charger. They arrived on time and quickly got to work reviewing our electrical panel determining what must be done. Then they got to work with the actual installation. Jose and Alex were very accommodating and positioned the charger for maximum convenience. Once all the electrical work was done and the charging verified, they cleaned up the garage and were on their way. The charges were exactly as quoted too. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Finally I know we have found the electrical company to take care of our future needs.

Professional, courteous and competent would easily describe all encounters I had with their staff. Our electricians were Alex and Mike. They spent several days completely rewiring our 90 year old home and I'm delighted with the outcome and with their professionalism and knowledge. I asked lot of questions and had some very specific ideas on how I wanted some things done and they were patient and helpful at the same time they kept moving the job along. When employees have great customer service skills you know that is the culture at a business. As a result of great workmanship I am STS Electric client for life.

STS Electric arrived on time, put down a tarp to protect our wooden floors, and cleaned up the limited mess they made. They completed two major installations in six hours. They installed marquis lights, patched up the previous outlets with spackle, and connected them to new outlets. John may be somewhat difficult to get a hold of, but it's worth the effort to be persistent. Definitely would hire again.

I am very happy with the work provided by STS Electric. They were responsive to our request and communicated with us on phone and email to keep us informed of arrivals and scheduling. The friendly and knowledgeable staff took the time to answer our questions and understand our concerns. They arrived on time and efficiently completed the requested task. We will definitely be using them in the future for any additional electrical work.
