Had a problem where none of the outlets in my basement were grounded. Someone had cut the ground wire on all of them. The guy they sent out fixed the cut ground wires, but still none of the outlets were reading as grounded. Turns out someone had cut the ground somewhere else either behind the wall or in the drop ceiling. But the guy sent took the time to track down the issue and was able to re-ground all of the outlets in the basement. They did a great job at a reasonable price!

I called to set up an appointment. I waited around about an hour before calling and it turns out they forgot my appointment. Dave came out, I explained my rather large project, and he seemed daunted by the extent of what I needed and seemed disinterested. But he said they'd get me a quote. That was 4 weeks ago. I called after 2 weeks to ask about the quote but couldn't get a hold of anyone so I left a message. I still haven't heard back. Please improve customer service.

I had them come over to install a 220v dryer outlet, I called Dave and made appointment the following day, the guy did the job very professional and easy to talk to, I had some experience doing electric work myself, so I can tell he knows what's his doing, he brings all the parts and wires he need, no homedepot trip, The price was very fair. I highly recommend Dave to anyone who needs an electrician. Very professional, quick response and reasonably priced.
