We first wanted to really thank Electrical Connections owners Mr. and Mrs. Castillo for finally solving our problems. They genuinely communicated with us, cared about us as customers, empathized our frustrations and put our needs as priorities. They are one of the best small business owners that I’ve worked with.
We hired Electrical Connections to upgrade our main breaker load center and add new sub-panel in the garage. The work Mr. Castillo did was beyond our expectations. The quality of work he did couldn’t be complained for. We are grateful to have Mr. Castillo help fix our problems because nowadays he does not usually work in the field due to a lot of other responsibility. Himself is a great representative of his team and crews. He has strong work ethics that we were confident leaving them in the house while we left the house to go to work. He always respectfully called ahead before he arrived. He made sure to wear shoe covers and clean the work area after he finished. We are confident that the electrical work in our house is in good hands.
I feel safe to say that I can recommend Electrical Connections to my family and friends if they need electrical work done. At least give them a try.
