Ordered Vanity LED lighting, delivery was estimated at 2-3 weeks. Checked in at 2 weeks and found out that a purchasing mistake was made on my order; my order was not yet processed by the Robinson Purchasing agent (reason unknown). Was told it was going to be another 3 weeks at this point, so I immediately talked to a Manager for clarification. The Manager (Stephanie) quickly and decisively dealt with my concerns and I took delivery of my order in just 3 days!! Couldn't be more satisfied by the quick, polite customer service and ratification taken by Robinson.

I recently worked with Jackie Dumas on the plumbing side when I was assisting in the renovation of a client's home. We purchased faucet fixtures for the bathrooms & kitchen, a complete new shower system, as well as some new lighting for the home. Jackie was excellent to work with every step of the way! She replied to my emails & phone calls in a timely yet respectful manner and dealt with any issues we had with our order in a professional and efficient way. It's not only important to me but to my clients to feel that their business is valued. Thanks Jackie again for all your help we appreciate it immensely!

We spent thousands on lighting fixtures, plumbing and accessories from Robinson to remodel our home. The prices I thought were high but presumed we were getting good value from a reputable firm that stood behind its customer. It has taken time to complete renovations and we are finding that we would like to install LED compatible switches but Robinson has denied our exchange. Front desk was difficult, blameful, rude, completely disinterested in hearing my perspective or valuing customer loyalty. We are out $1,000 - and will not be returning to this company - cannot recommend to anyone.

I went to Robinsons Lighting because there was a sale....and I'm glad I did. I was assisted by Jacquie Dumas who was ever so helpful. She listened to what I had in mind, offered suggestions, checked stock. Aside from that Jacquie was very friendly and accommodating and printed off specs which helped me make my decision. I went back three times to finalize my choices and Jacquie was intent in making sure I got what I wanted. She was with me all the way. She answered all emails and phone calls in a timely manner, which was appreciated. Jacquie is a professional, and excels at customer service. I got the feeling all along that my satisfaction was important to her and she was a joy to work with. Thanks for everything Jacquie!!

Last week we were in Edmonton to shop around for the new lights for our house. We went to few places and finally went Robinson Lighting and Bath Centre. What a nice and well-maintained showroom. We were impressed when we step into the showroom and all the staffs started welcoming us, then we ask for lighting expert advice at the front desk and one of the Sales consultant named Piyush Dalal came up at the front to greet and welcome us. He so good to answer all the questions and really like to mention that he is an expert... very very knowledgeable. He cleared all our doubt and help us to find all options. In future, we will keep shopping at Robinson. Thanks, Piyush again for all your help and expertise.
