I think the selection is not limited at all, there are unique pieces here that you can't find in bigger lighting stores. I ended up getting a nice lamp on display with an additional 10 percent discount. It's a family owed business with no sales reps inside the building, so don't expect an in your face please buy this awesome product approach to sales. The owner is very friendly and helped me disassemble the big lamp so it fits in my car. Overall a decent experience.

Was just shopping for lighting fixtures for our bonus room and decided to give Lux Lighting a try. My wife and I were literally the only ones in there. Got inside and not even a greeting. Selection was very limited. The owner was sitting behind the desk on his computer and did not even bother asking us for any help. No greeting mixed with terrible selection equals a "see ya" in my eyes. We simply walked out and will definetley be going back.

Bought three tier Chandelier which was a display model got the owners to pack and got it delivered by a courier, got it installed by a electrician at a cost of $500. After installation, noticed that the top layer lights would not work and the middle layer was bent. Tried to talk and reason it out with the owners Mr. & Mrs. Kumar but was not successful. Tried a few times and was flatly refused any after sales service. If you are planning to purchase from Lux Lighting or the owners, think twice. Amin Hooda
