It's like shopping at an expanded furniture section of a homesense. It certainly looks more put together than what you get at IKEA but when you put hands on it doesn't feel like it.

Though the products at Bouclair may look nice, they are horribly made. I ordered 2 counter stools from them and one of them was completely scratched up; I ended up having to go to all 3 stores in Edmonton to find one that was ok. Only 1/9 of the stools we looked at weren't damaged...The same thing happened when I bought curtains from them. We ended up buying curtains for the entire house and though they had the same product number, several of the curtains ended up being different shades and even worse, different lengths. Some of them varied by several inches. Unacceptable. Even though the customer service is great, it does not justify the poorly made products.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Did not realize it was that difficult to act nicely towards your customers. I was going to buy something, but after getting nudged twice by the same employee I put the product down. As I was walking out of the store she purposefully pushed into me once again! I will never shop here again, and will tell my friends and family not too either.

SERIOUSLY TERRIBLE STORE! How is it possible to be sold out of all the grey blackout curtains? Oh just drive to the south side they have lots! I would go to the south side if it was convenient. And they don't transfer inventory within the city! Honestly a joke, fed up with this location and our experience in general. We're going to end up compromising on the colour, and driving to the south side twice now.

The staff were very friendly and the store was so clean . I will go back for many purchases.
