Never coming here again for paint! Just the other day the lady with grey braids gave me terrible service. First of all, she was extremely unfriendly and rude. Had no interest in helping me, I felt like a burden to her. Second, she didn’t even tint my paint the right colour... didn’t test my paint on anything to even see if it’s the right colour, just sent me on my way without any context. Last of all, when I came back to get a refund the manager wouldn’t even let me explain, she just kept repeating “ tinted paint is final sale” now and that there’s nothing she can do. I am beyond angry, I didn’t even get any sort of reimbursement for my wasted money and time. I have tried calling to file a complaint about that paint lady but I get put on hold for 20 goddamn minutes.

I go here alot. But never did I think I'd ever have to take an online order they messed up so bad to a lowes to exchange it because the mangaer said she could only refund my online order when all I needed was the clips exchanged for the correct ones I had ordered in the first place. ( I even went and grabbed the correct clips so she had nothing to do) It was a pretty incompetent conversation. Pretty sure she just didn't want to do the job she's paid to do because lowes in cross irons had no isssues exchanging them......

I come here for the Lumber people are helpful and very friendly. Prices are competitively priced (especially with the Rona Card) and they are very organized in the yard out back where they are stored and where you pick it up. a guy named Josh who works in the back is an extremely hard worker and very good at picking out the straight lumber for you too!
