This is one of the better home depots. The employees actually care and take time to learn about the products. Some of them are full on retired journeymen and can go into detail about what you need. The one fella actually saved me $1200 from a plumber by showing me how to switch out the cartridges in my taps.

Phoned to speak to the lumber department about putting in an order for lattice. The lady who put me on hold came back to the phone after 10 minutes and asked if I wanted to leave a message to the guy in lumber because he was to busy to take a call. I simply asked her a question and she replied with "I'm dealing with a customer right now would you like to leave a message". Very ignorant woman.

I cannot find the items on the shelf. The staff at the customer service is very helpful. He finally get it for me from the top of the high shelf. So happy to have such a great service here!

This is the most friendly and helpful Home Depot I've ever been to. I truly felt as though I received Royal treatment the minute I walked in the door. Not just one person, but everyone in the place was so helpful. Right from walking me over to the section I needed to go to, to introducing me to the department lead, who helped me find replacement batteries my solar lights and explained the difference between them. I then went to the garden section and received the same treatment there. A gentleman helped me find a few things, and at the same time, took the time to hold up the large tags to the product, so I could take pictures for my wish list... People went above and beyond in this store, I live downtown Calgary, and this will be the store I go to!

Just bought a house so have been in here quite a few times over the past month for various house improvements. The staff have been great help so far and knowledgeable in providing insights. Also price matched a number of appliances and products for us with competing stores.
