He did not even know how to made business operations(customer service)! Finally he approved the return! Will not be back again shopping there!

This is definitely the best location I have been to. The lumber desk is super friendly and helpful, from showing us project photo samples to bringing us around to look at the products required and even calculating our materials. Cashiers were pleasant and knowledgeable on policies. Kam on the lumber desk is an amazing worker who really goes above and beyond! Cliff in the yard accommodated our odd cut request and did it with a smile. If you're looking for excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and overall a positive buying experience, check out this Rona location!

Ordered something online as it said it could get to this location within a week. I was called by the store within an hour to say that it's impossible and they have to cancel the order. He told me to look online for a suitable replacement. Great idea, why don't I buy a different item online so you can tell me you can't provide it to me... Poor customer service.

Good for a quick common repairs. Have a decent selection. Not as comprehensive as the big orange competitor, but friendly and decently priced.
