Great location and well stocked. I had seen an item on the website and I was pleased to find it in the store. As well we picked up some other seasonal items that had just come into stock. Great friendly and helpful staff.

I ordered two coffee tables to the warehouse to have by a specific date. When they came in, one showed up at the store and the other at the warehouse. I was told I would have to wait another full week if I wanted the table sent from the store to the warehouse. I ended up driving all over Calgary to pick up my items and have them on time. Urban Barn didn't care about my inconvenience at all and didn't offer any resolution to me unless. The people at the warehouse were very kind but the store did not seem to care at all about this mistake made on Urban Barn's end and the fact that now a customer had to waste time and gas driving around the city.

Super cool store. I love their accessories. Marcie Harris was super helpful. I got these pretty sparkly wine glasses. I'll definitely be back

My fiance and I have dealt with Amber for our multiple purchases at the Heritage location and she is amazing! She is super friendly and she didn't hover while we were looking around (unlike most stores where you feel you're being stalked). She is also very knowledgeable and was there to answer any questions we had. We did have a few issues with the delivery company Urban Barn uses but the store selection is great and we can't say enough about the great customer care.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT SERVICE. Love Urban Barn. It was refreshing to walk into a store without being pressured. Very friendly staff. BONUS: I got to bring in Teddie my dog. Thank you.
