I bought our lights here which I'm very happy with. Service is questionable in the sense that they judge you. 3 sales staff with 1 well dressed lady. When they were done they all dissipated & I was left standing there. I challenge you to dress down if you decide to go to Robinson Lighting & see what kind of service you get.

Thank you for helping us replace the lighting in our house. The new lights look great. We are very happy with the finished result.

Lady who helped us had as light selected for us that was exactly what we needed in 15 minutes. She was very good at her job. Update Just looked at my invoice and my salesperson was Melanie Goodfellow. She was great. You will not be disappointed when dealing with her.

I called about a specific bulb I needed for a light fixture. The time was 4:30pm, the store closes at 5:30pm. It was not only difficult to get the information across to the lady on the phone, she was pretty insistent that I just come to the store but when I asked that she confirm that the store was open until 5:30pm, she was very direct about the fact that they "leave the store" at 5:30pm and don't want people to arrive just as they are closing. I was so offended, I even commented to her that she did not seem to be interested in my business at all, she backed off very quickly and then tried to repair the damage......to little, too late. I will not waste my time trying to deal with this store.

Haven't had a good experience there yet. Last time I was looking for a specific item and when I asked the receptionist if they had it she couldn't just answer me without asking several questions What I needed it for what power I had so finally I just left and won't go back. would not even give them a single star but had to.
