I have NEVER had a problem with this Home Depot. NEVER. But today just got me very upset. I bought a door knob with a key and I asked for help and the guy who helped me was very nice and helpful. He helped me get the cheapest one and was very professional about it. When I got home, I found out that there were no keys in the box. Definitely not blaming the guy who told me to get it. He was AMAZING. So I called back the hardware department at home and the guy who answered the phone at exactly 11:16am was so horrible and rude that it almost brought me to tears. All I did was explain that I don’t see the keys in the box and asked if I’m missing something since it’s my first time installing this on my own. In response, he said “well if there’s no key, just bring it back, it’s that simple, it’s not that hard to bring it back” and then I said “yes, I know but idk if I’m looking in the right places, so if you could tell me where to look then it would be a waste going back to Home Depot for them to tell me where the key is” and then after saying that he just hung up on me. I’m very sensitive when it comes to customer service as I’ve been a CSR for over 10 years. I’m shocked by the way this guy reacted to the situation. As I said before, I’ve never had an issue with Home Depot... but I had to talk to the manager to address this issue as I was shocked about it. The manager handled it professionally. She apologized and said it should be there in the box, but if I don’t see it as soon as I open it then somethings wrong. And she properly advised me to bring it back. I hope that guy gets suspended or something. Of course I don’t want him fired ( definitely not the type of person to have people lose their jobs ) but I think it should be addressed for future purposes. When my bf came back home from switching it, he told me they gave me back the money and gave the door lock to me for free as a way to apologize for what had happened. I appreciate that and this incident definitely won’t stop me from shopping here .

Good selectionand decent prices. I was able to buy wood and have it cut to desired lengths for me. Service is quite good when they are not busy.

I find that this location has a core group of long-term employees who have considerable expertise in their department. This is invaluable when undertaking a project. These staff give this location a significant advantage over other chains and even other Home Depot locations. Weekends can be very busy and this makes it more difficult to connect with a staff member. If you need detailed assistance, consider off peak times. This store is similar to most other Home Depots. Clean, well stocked, garden centre, extensive tool rentals, custom cutting and so on. Large parking lot and easy access.

I do like Home depot, feels like a real hardware store everytime I go in and the staff are always helpful and asking if they can help. This one is usually less busy than some of the others so parking is generally easier.

Nice visit however staff doesn't know about proper place of required things. They will direct you to any aisle and will vanish right after that. Staff need to be more trained instead of giving impression that they just doing summer job.
