The selection and service are top notch. Something for (almost) every budget and taste ranging from simple end table lamps to showpiece lights for the foyer of your $1.6m home in Madrona (whoever you are. And how did you end up with so much money?? Did you inherit it? Did you start up and sell a business? Enquiring minds want to know). Everyone I interacted with knew their stuff and you could see they took pride in what they did. I like this kind of business - competent, professional, but not stuffy. If you're looking for a finial for your lamp, which is the fiddly bit that sticks out the top of the lamp shade, do yourself a favor and visit this place there's a whole display cabinet full of nothing but these. Way to go Harold's, I will be back.

Wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable about all lighting too. I had a lamp that broke off the turning mechanism. They just gave it to me and didn’t charge me. So unexpected!! It was something I looked for on online and could not find as I did not know the technical name. Harold’s saved me hours!!!

Service is always informative. Selection is a bit quirky.

I needed a lampshade for a very old, very fine lamp I inherited. I ordered one online but sent it back when I saw it. Awful quality. I was encouraged to try Harold's by a friend who'd had a repair done there. I went, was helped right away, and found the right lampshade, in stock. (I was told they'd make a custom shade if I didn't see what I needed.) Huge stock of beautiful, quality, light fixtures and lamps - and they do repairs too.
