Don’t be fooled by the false reviews

Jumpstone dealer gives a quote agrees to install the lights soon as it warms up less than 90 days won’t communicate and when we finally get communication they want more money. Even though we have an agreement in writing. Discussed with gemstone direct they do not back their dealers therefore they do not back their warranty or their service or any issues save your money there way overpriced And If you can get service or warranty or a deer representative gemstone wants more money after giving you called Howkan this company be trusted. In Writing they say We can’t tell our dealers what to do therefore they can’t tell their dealers to warrantee any issues that you may have why would anyone in their right mind want to deal with a company like that in this day and age

We just had our lights installed and they look great! The install team was very professional and took the time to teach my wife(not tech savy) how to use the app. Super easy to use and have already received compliments from the neighbors.

Very happy with your gemstone lights. Looking forward to no more ladders before and after Christmas! Definitely recommend Gemstone Edmonton. Installation was very professional and we had a great tutorial on how to use them.

Unreliable products, especially app based control. The app developer has not properly tested the app both bluetooth and Wifi app does not work. We paid good chunk of money for the lights and all looked fine but only for two days. But we had to call for connecting the controller to app. Do not think that you can show the light, when you want. It will only work when you have tech guy at your place. All the device disappears after two days. It already happened two times with a week. The bluetooth app does not work either. The second star is only for customization and look of the app. The documentation is also not good for connection on your own.
