Pretty good place with lots of variety but I think the items at the store are marked way up. Considering the quality of the products, they should be listed at a reasonable price.

I always enjoy walking through Beauclaire you never know what you're going to find but the qualities always good. The staff is always friendly and this store. This is usually our second stop after IKEA sometimes IKEA just doesn't have what you want.

Bouclair has really nice housewares and they have sales all the time

My husband and I went to Bouclair for the first time tonight. We were pleased when we found a painting that we loved, and especially pleased that it had a 50% off sticker on it. While walking with it in hand, the sales associate came up, physically peeled the sticker off while my husband was holding it, and notified us that someone made a mistake. She would not honor the sale price. What a disappointing first visit, and terrible customer service. We will not go back.

Seemed like a nice store with some good finds. Lots of sale items. Until a staff member came up, peeled off the 50% tag from the item we were holding and excited to buy, and said it was labeled in error. She then wouldn't honour the price that was on the label. I've never experienced something like that before. It was not professional, as a company should honor the price on the sticker, even if it was done so in error. I will not visit this store again because of how they have decided to deal with their customers, and their own errors.
