Contractors and renovation people, support hardware stores like Home Depot. It is increasingly frustrating that items most frequently needed by contractors and Renovators are placed the farthest away from the contractor entrance in the store. I was a big fan of Totem Building Supplies, for this very reason. I did not have to walk diagonally through a store full of Martha Stewart nick-nacks in order to get to the plumbing or electrical supplies. I did not have to deal with minimum wage, English as a fourth or fifth language, employees in order to retrieve the necessary items to complete my job. Why am I having to approach three or four different employees before I can finally understand one? I don't care where you are from, and I don't care what nationality you are. What I care about is spending an excessive amount of time in order to have a rudimentary question answered because your grasp of the English language is nonexistent. As a contractor, my time is money. Home Depot does not care about my time.

What you'd expect from a Home Depot. Clean, large, organized and well-stocked. Reasonable prices with some good sales. Like all warehouse stores, service can sometimes be a bit hard to find, and quality depends on the person you find: varies from just-ok to excellent. No different from any other. Not a fan of the self checkouts, but there's usually a staff member available. Customer service is quick and painless for returns or exchanges in my experience.

Good customer service and they help customers with all the technical questions.

Employee stood and watched my wife manhandle her end of a heavy sheet of plywood. Didn't offer to step in and help. Typical of this place
