Found these guys on Amazon. Had a question about an item and they responded almost immediately. Ended up ordering a dozen recessed lighting cans from their website so they don't have to pay Amazon fees. They shipped them same day and sent me tracking info. Impressed so far, I just hope the actual product is as good as their customer service.

Ordered a pair of Elk Lighting Swingarm Brushed Nickel sconces for my bedroom wall. I was really happy with the product. It was appropriately displayed on the website, so no disappointments once they arrived. This company was a pleasure to do business with. The item was on back order, but not for long. Each time I called, I was able to easily reach a live representative to get an update. Once the sconces shipped, I was able to track them each day up to the point of delivery. I would definitely recommend this business and will use them again.

Actual lighting experts on staff. Unique products and good prices.

the store is nice. I actually went online to order one of their lamps (I do not have a car and was told by staff that I could always have lamps delivered). Their ordering department screwed up my order and had my lamp shipped to Maryland - I live in Seattle. I got a call from store staff and instead of trying to be accommodating and trying to solve the situation I was lectured and the guy came short of calling me an idiot! Basically told to go to myUPS and change order. I am having the lamp - re-delivered to Seattle - at an additional $40 but I plan to return it - even at a loss to me - HATE WHEN STAFF THINKS THEY CAN TREAT COSTUMERS LIKE DIRT!
