Very poor customer service. Nice looking stuff, but expensive for the quality you get and believe there are better options to look at for your lighting needs. Be cautious about online ordering as returns are nigh impossible.

We took an Uber to get to this slightly out of the way store. We weren't disappointed. All of their lights, drawer pulls, posters and other decorator stuff is too cool. Go soon to see some wood panels they are going to install in their Pittsburgh shop. There is even a rad coffee shop.
