Peter and his install crew were great - would recommend these guys hands down! Got the job done, educated me on how to operate my new system. High level of care and respect with my property - awesome!

The level of knowledge Peter has in regards to innovative products on the market along with the ability to instruct & service general end users is absolutely amazing. I love the higher end products for clarity & convieneince that Zenwire has to offer. From the starlight ceiling, to the automation controled blinds in the showroom, we will use & recommend Zenwire to all our family & friends.

Condominiums are a nice target for criminals unfortunately. Our building was hit on a monthly basis it seemed. So we decided on having some security cameras installed to see if it would help with lowering the amount of break ins that kept occurring. Prior to hiring Zenwire we hired some really cheap security company to install a couple of cameras in our parkade for us. Well let’s just say cheap isn’t always the best option because the other company did a terrible install and they gave us the cheapest grade cameras on the market. It DID NOT help with apprehending anyone that broke in. We finally decided to hire Zenwire to handle our security needs because we had more break ins and we were feeling helpless against these criminals. Peter came out to do a site review and assess what we needed to have in place to give us a better chance at catching the people responsible for the break ins. Peter and his team completed the work in a timely and very professional matter. What really makes Zenwire stand out is how honest they are when it comes to suggesting what type of security we needed. They didn’t just try to sell something to us for the most possible money but instead they tailored a system to meet our needs. Along with the cameras being fully operational Peter suggested that we have them monitored live 24/7 so that we could catch anyone who decided to break into our building. We took his suggestion and were rewarded. In a span of two months we had THREE separate incidents where someone tried breaking into the condo. With the live monitoring we were able to alert the police instantly and it led to three separate arrests! Not only is our building a much safer place to live but we’re sure that word gets around not to mess with our building anymore. We would definitely recommend Zenwire! Don’t take your chance with cheap. Make sure you’re informed properly about security and without a doubt Zenwire is the company that will get the job done! Thank you Peter and the Zenwire team. If you want expert knowledge and solutions to your entertainment and security needs, Zenmaster, Peter Lau from ZENWIRE is the person to choose. I moved into a new house and needed a security system and custom installation of a home theatre. Peter not only identified my current needs for both systems, he chose scalable components to address both my current and future needs. Installation was quick and the results were fantastic. Very professional and would recommend to anyone looking for quality work.

My job was for a newly built custom home. We originally had another AV/Automation company, but felt oversold by them. Based on word-of-mouth we switched over to Zen Wire. In the end we ended up getting a security system, camera system, and AV wiring/mounting from Zen. The quality of the work was excellent. There were multiple challenges with our build, including mounting a sound bar and TV on a custom exposed concrete wall. Peter took a piece of the concrete to his shop to experiment on it to ensure he could do the job without damaging our wall. Ours was a multiday job, and they left our house immaculately clean at the end of each day. Very impressed with the professionalism of Peter and his crew. I would recommend Zen to anyone without reservation, and would definitely use them again for any future projects.
