The manager Kevin was VERY rude and condescending to not only customers, but his employees too. I had a concern about a product and they sent a manager. He did not solve the problem at all, and talked in a very rude way as if he had more important fish to fry. Then I saw him talk to the customer service ladies very poorly as well on his way out. I will not be shopping here again if they decide to make someone like that a manager.

Called for a window quote. As "windows and doors" wasn't an option on the phone menu, I chose the "for all other requests, press zero" option. When I chose that, I was rerouted back to the main menu as, "this is not a valid option". Then I chose two of the next departments in an effort to speak to anyone and each of those departments would not answer and I was again rerouted back to the main menu. At this point I gave up. I'm sure many other stores will be more eager to fulfill my $6000 window order.

Experience was absolutely terrible. Went to get a key cut. Not a single person on staff was trained in how to operate a simple key cutting machine. Manager was on break with no backup person properly trained. Will take my business to Home Depot. Hopefully I get better service there. If I had the option to give no stars I would.

This place for paint is decent if you are looking to put a new color on. When it comes to paint matching, just stay away from this place. We brought in a grey for a paint match and we had to come back to them 3 times before they actually got a decent match for it. When we came back the last time they told us that the code was not even close to the first two timeswe got it matched. I am happy that they got someone else at the paint desk and the girl before got demoted to door greeter.
