The staff are super knowledgeable about their products and will go above and beyond to help or answer any questions. It has been a pleasure every time I have gone there, as all the staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Central Alberta Lighting to everyone looking for lighting options.

I'd been looking for affordable, yet stylish lighting options for my home for two years when I happened upon Central Alberta Lighting - the moment I walked in the door I knew I was going to find everything I needed!! This place not only had class, but truly unique light fixtures I hadn't seen anywhere else in Red Deer!! The sales ladies were so genuine and actually taught me more about lighting than all the places I'd gone to altogether! I had renovated my entire house so I was looking for quite a few lighting options and Central Alberta Lighting truly delivered!!! It was nice to be able to purchase light fixtures without having to have spent a fortune. Compared to other custom lighting stores in Red Deer, Central Alberta Lighting really knows how to cater to the working folks!! I know where I'm coming back to for the forever home!!!

Who says "Customer Service is dead"? We have been in the store 3 times in the past year. Each time we have been greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to answer our questions, and help us find the exact products we are looking for. When they cannot answer a question they take the time to follow up and do reseach to find the product we are looking for. If they don't have it , they will try to get it. If they can't they will do more research to find out who can. We always receive a call back ( even if we are long distance). We appreciate you and your staff. Thanks for making our experience in your store a good one. We always recommend you to our friends.

We found Central Alberta Lighting so great to deal with. Wende was very helpful and patient as we decided on lighting fixtures for our kitchen. We will definitely visit their store for our future lighting needs.
