It was a real pleasure working with Terri at Red Deer Lighting. Terri made a big impact on how our house turned out in regards to the lights she recommended. Thanks again Terri

The WORST customer service. We literally got kicked out 5 min before the store closed! If you are a local business trying to make sales you shouldn’t kick your customers out. Let them quickly finish up especially if they were going to purchase something.

Received fabulous service from Red Deer Lighting! I was completing a small renovation that needed new lights. I thought it would be easy to pick some out at a big box store. I stood for hours looking! Finally headed to Red Deer Lighting feeling confused, they asked the size of my island, recommended the sizes best suited for my space and ceiling height and even showed me all my options for light bulb colours and how each of them would look in my new products. I honestly haven’t had service this good in a really long time.

I have dealt with Red Deer lighting on two occasions. First time 3 years ago for renovations and I just used them to supply me with all light fixtures for a new home build. On both occasions I was satisfied with the customer service and input I received from the Professionals at Red Deer Lighting. I would recommend using them for any basic or advanced lighting needs.

Yes the service is good and they have a wide array of lighting to choose from, however it doesn't take long to realize that their bottom line is profit margin. Make sure you have a huge wad of cash on you when you peruse their products. To illustrate , one light bulb 14 dollars, same light bulb at CT 3.99 for two....point to ponder.
