They told us when we ordered a 60,000.00 total light change to LED that the project would be completed by June 9th. What a joke. We are at the end of August and still only half done. Been a fiasco right from the start. They ordered half the wrong lights and showed up with bulbs that required use of our existing 5 yr old balasts when they were supposed to supply bulbs that did not require ballasts. One of the big reasons for making the change was to remove all ballasts and reduce maintenance costs. We refused to accept that so had to wait another month while they re-ordered the proper bulbs. They finally got the last of our lights out of customs today August 25th. We have set the last 3 weekends aside for installation and once again they tell us at the last minute that it won't be done again. Nothing but apologies and excuses. Their project manager seems to be totally disorganized and leaves everything to the last minute then wonders why he can't get a crew of 6 electricians to work Saturday and Sunday. The first 2 days of installation he showed up with only two electricians to install $40,000.00 worth of lights and then took the weekends off himself. I could go on and on but in a nutshell, I definitely could not recommend hiring this company and will be looking for some one else to do our other two locations. I estimate the 3 month delay has cost us approx $6,000.00 in lost electricity savings. How I wish I had put late completion penalties in our contract. The job is now complete and I must say we are pleased with the product and end result. The company also shared our concerns and voluntarily offered a substantial reduction in the price. In view of these two things, I will give them a second chance when it comes to our next location.
