Not bad looking fixtures but absolutely horrible service. We were looking to replace two fixtures that got scratched/damaged so I went in and ordered (paying full price). Between the time we ordered the fixtures and they arrived, they changed the design of the model without changing the model number or notifying us. So we got new fixtures which look and function differently. Got home from work one day and they were installed, and they won't exchange them for the older style. What a joke. Avoid this place if you can. What kind of company changes a model when they have open orders for that model without notifying customers? Absurd.

My experience with this company was very satisfying. I was helped and communicated very well regarding the lead time and the employees were very knowledgeable. I did find phone conversation a little challenging, but email communication was very prompt. They did provide me a lead time of 3 - 4 weeks for some of my plumbing products, as they were special orders. All products were delivered to me on time. The prices and services were great. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

I am a contractor in Calgary and I have been doing home renovations for over 30 yrs. On my last project I hired a interior decorating crew who ordered product through Irec. the experience I have had with your company is beyond satisfaction to say the least. The fireplaces we had ordered were only suppose to take two weeks to arrive but it was more like 3 to 3 1/2 weeks and then only one of the fireplaces were installed on the day of installation and when I asked why they were not installing the second one the installers told me they don’t have the other one in stock. I called Sam who is supposed to be the boss, but I never got an answer so I left a message. When I got no reply from the phone message I left him, I tried to text him and again, no answer and this went on several times before I sent him a text message that said if I don't hear back from you by today's end you can keep your product and don't come back. Around 7PM that night I missed his call but he never left a message (that was on a Friday). On Monday I called him again and this time he finally answered and said the guys would be there in the afternoon of the next day to install the last fireplace. By the end of the next day (no surprise) I never heard from them so, I called again but no answer so I sent a text and he finally replied saying that they had sent their guys to pick up the fireplace and they would be there the next morning, (again, no surprise) they never showed up but then finally late in the afternoon they did. Sam called me to ask when I would be on site for his guys to correct the terrible job they did on the hood vent they installed on the basement wall, and I told him that my crew was on site and they could remove the vent and my guys will cut the stucco so they could place the vent properly on the wall. Then he tells me "oh no my guys have already left so they can't go back at that time but just call and they will come back”. Yeah right !! just call, you don't answer so what good would it do to call. Our guys will fix what your guys screwed up because we can't wait for you to get back to me. Now we are trying to do the drywall mud but can't get an answer back as to when the inspection for the venting will be done. Now it is costing me more money waiting for you to get back to me. I WILL SPREAD THE WORD AROUND ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOU AND YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR LACK OF RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER'S NEEDS AND YOUR LACK OF FULFILLING YOUR CONTRACT WITH REGARDS TO OBTAINING A CITY PERMIT AND HAVING YOUR WORK INSPECTED.

The renovations I had done to my bathroom, by this company, were wonderful. The work they did and how proficiently the whole job was done, was in a timely and worthwhile way.

IREC says it all. They reck your order, install and peace of life. Not recommended. Owner (sam) wanted me to pay cash for discount. I did and they delivered products but wouldn't follow through on service or warranty, wouldn't even give me a receipt for the purchase. The technicians are not certified or licensed trades (as one of them told me). I did get service after showing up at his shop and creating a seen but had to pay twice as I wanted to make sure the equipment was installed properly by having another company to redo it again. Wouldn't recommend it.
