Terrible customer service!! There was a coffee table that I was interested in and inquired to see if I could purchase it and pick it up at a later date. The sales associate was not sure if that was an available option so she took my name and number so that the manager could give me a call the next day. I asked that if I could put a hold on the table until I get that call. I never got a call the next day. The day after I went back because I wanted to get an answer and to purchase the coffee table regardless of whether or not I could pick it up at a later date. The coffee table was no longer there and the sales associate could not let me know if it was sold or transferred to another store. She could not give me a reason why I never got a call and even suggested for me to visit their Edmonton store to see if it was there.

NEVER BUY FURNITURE AT BOUCLAIR HOME !!! I would like to start by saying I am very disappointed and angry at the service and quality of product I get from this location and Bouclair Home as a whole!! I bought vertical blinds online in early December and had it shipped to this location. When I picked up the product from the location, my roommate and I saw that the box was already bent and damaged. However, we knew that PVC material is malleable and bendable so we didn't think much of it. After opening the box a week later, we saw the product was damaged beyond belief. Metal parts were bent and PVC blinds were bent and torn. I called the store right away and they prompted me to call customer service as their return/exchange policy is 30 days. The ladies I spoke to at the store and customer service were very helpful and understanding of my frustrations. That I appreciated! Customer service on the phone asked for photos of the damaged product and told me it would take 1-2 weeks for the new product to arrive at the store. Yesterday, we picked up the replacement and I was happy to see that this time, the product was wrapped in what seems to be a thicker box. This equated in my head to "more support". However, when we opened the replacement product today, it still had some damages. But this time, there were also some stains on the product (see images attached). I have no idea what kind of training their shipping department goes through but this is unacceptable. I am disappointed and frustrated beyond belief as I now have to go through the same process again by sending customer service emails with photos and waiting for another replacement hoping it won't be damaged and stained. I have called the store and they advised me to call back tomorrow morning to speak with the manger. I know I didn't buy the product from the store as I did it online, but as an employee of the store, once they see damaged boxes and packaging coming into their store, they should contact Head Office right away for replacements to make for a better service for their customers. Just a tip! NEVER BUY FURNITURE AT BOUCLAIR HOME !!!
