The communication between the girls at the front and the lumber guys isn't optimal, there could be some improvements made. Sitting at the gate for 5 minutes waiting for someone to let you out. On the plus rona has a great contracting programming. There is a manager there, can't remember his name, worked when it was totem, he's always smiling and ready to barter down for deals to move product. The girls at the front are usually pretty quick, some of there cashiers are a little slower and could use some more training. Overall a decent store, would be a 4/5 if they had a better system for picking up/leaving for lumber

Do not come here if you want a good price or quick service. 3 people running the whole store and if the cashier ends up having to do a return in front of you then you could be waiting a long time.

10 people deep on 1 till! Finally opened another till. Got to 1 away from the till when the customer in front asked about damaged bags of cedar chips. The cashier left the till went outside to shop with the customer. I left all my purchases on the till and walked out! I will never shop here again - ridiculous!!!

Very unfortunately this store is now absoulutely horrible to deal with. It's very unfortunate as this used to be by far my favorite home improvement store the staff there when it was Totem and also before Lowes bought Rona was absolutely fantastic, amazing staff helpful quick and knowledgeable. Now that Lowes bought them all I get is issues, slow service, and hard to deal with staff. I got plans for a deck than a first grader could have drawn better... I spend a LOT of money in this store as I am a Landlord and unfortunately I will not be going there ever agan, the last few months have destroyed their reputation to me.
