I have been shopping here for years and I'm very pleased that the customer service has improved drastically in the last few months. However I would drive across town to shop here due to the fact that they allow dogs❣ My hairy companion Hank and I were there again today, yes because it is raining cats and dogs outside but I also needed to pick up a few items that I knew I could get there. I was sadly thinking that my visits there were going to be coming to an end due to the fact that they are converting to Lowe's however I spoke to Julia, a staff member who approached us (well okay I know she came over to see Hank) who reassured me that once they are Lowe's, they WILL continue to welcome shoppers and their dogs ... even if they are just window shoppers with their dogs 🐶😃 I really don't understand why more retailers don't follow this thinking cuz I know they are losing out. In the meantime we will continue happily shopping at THIS Rona ... soon-to-be Lowe's.

I try to shop here because it's close to home and it's a Canadian company. I often shop elsewhere because they are so poor at keeping their inventory at appropriate levels. I did my whole basement a couple of years ago and wanted consistency is my light switches, outlets and the covers for them - I had to go elsewhere. They lost thousands of dollars in sales to Home Depot during that project. I was just in there on the weekend and it hasn't changed at all.

Just waited in line for about 20 minutes to be told debit doesn’t work. There was a lineup of about 10 people at only two open till and they can’t let everybody know that Devon is down? Simple communication and customer service… Oh well I guess it’s turning into a Lowe’s soon

I love the greeters at the front. Our last visit was on morning of Jan 20, 2018. I’ve never met a more enthused greeter before. It just makes your day and makes it easy to ask question right away so you don’t waste your time wandering the aisles. Found all of three different types of bulbs we needed and I also noticed they have a very healthy garden selection. Ended up purchasing some lucky bamboo (very tall) for $2 each and they were in perfect condition.

What a bunch of aholes. Not only is there any service whatsoever, it seems like the staff is running away from the customers. We just bought exterior fence, delivered from them. What do they do? Dump everything on the front yard. I’m glad that Lowe’s bought you. Up yours Rona
