Went in to get a match on some existing paint and my sample was a bit too small but Shawna didn't let that stop her. She got a perfect match! Amazing service!

Depending on the individual you get will determine the service or lack there of given. Some staff are very helpful and others couldn't be bothered to take the time to get off their butts and do anything helpful. I have had the best most pleasant floor staff in the past but today had the most pompous manager named Bryce that felt he was more superior than all. Took my business elsewhere - Lowe's just a few blocks in same neighborhood which I might add own Rona! The management there values their sales unlike the management at Rona!!! You can certainly tell who likes their jobs. Some people should not be in the "public" sector and stay behind closed doors and if you don't like your job then don't do it! My order was over $2300.00. I hope Bryce's boss reads this review. As a manager of my own business, this behavior is not acceptable in any industry.

I got offered help. It was nice. Also Rona sells the part I wanted, not the other 2 hardware stores I checked.

Absolutely rhe worst shopping experience i have EVER had in a home supply outlet. NO Handicapped electric scooters(unlike its parent chalin LOWES). Frustratingly understaffed. Took 17 minutes to ask a question, and the answer was NO we DON'T have that, contrary to the information on their website . Im off to Home Depot or Canadian Tire !!
