Each year this display is a Calgary Christmas Tradition. It is open each year during the Christmas season on 14th St NW. It is free to enter and enjoy all the lights and music. Kids will love taking their sleds and sliding down the hill amongst the beautiful lights. It is a true gift to Calgary from the Lions Club each year. We really appreciate the hard work and dedication that the Lions Club goes through to spread Christmas cheer!

This is one of the best and most traditional locations to visit in Calgary during the winter time. This park is transformed into a spectacular show of lights. The moment you enter the spirit of Christmas takes over. In there you can walk around to admire the beautiful light structures while you hear Christmas music, you can sled or even ski. Amazing and very noble initiative. Thanks to the volunteers that every year make possible this free show.

Mostly meh. We went between Christmas and New Years 2018, was able to find free street parking near the entrance, but I found there weren't that many light displays, though the ones there were looked nice. The paths/walking areas were all very icy, some grit would have helped. Kids were enjoying some tobogganing though! The music that played got annoying, and there seemed to be 2 different streams from 2 different sets of speakers. Main disappointment, other than not that many light displays, was the lack of any kind of Food Bank donation site near the entrance - a missed opportunity I think!

Fun and free, definitely worth a visit for anyone needing a breath of fresh air in the winter!
