The BEST costumer service that I have come across ,both in-store + lumber yard. Special thanks to Erick (store manager) ,he is professional and helpful, always willing to make the extra mile for a costumer. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Horrible experience here. My partner picked up a table last night and it was the wrong table. Mistakes happen. This morning he went back to exchange it. What they were selling him was the display model which they then made him dismantel with NO help from staff. They hardly even gave him a screw driver. As he was doing so, customers kept putting their stuff on the table and just completely disregarding what was happening. If staff would have been caring enough to help out, I doubt this would have happened. He couldn't fit it in his truck and again, no one helped. Very disappointed with the experience as we have frequented this Rona but probably won't anymore.

I have been shopping at the forest lawn location for 15 years and I refuse to shop at any other location. On Thursday I had some questions about plumbing and when I came in I was greated by Shelby who then proceeded to help me for an hour solid. She was honest and incredibly knowlegable, if she didn't know something she found out. It's people like her that make people come to this sketchy little store but Shelby is re reason I keep coming back. This store dosnt deserve her.

Rona Forest Lawn is a great place to shop for home improvement supplies. The staff is tremendously friendly and helpful, and I can't say enough good things about their service over the phone. Kudos for Rona Forest Lawn!
