Clayton G is the only reason I go to this store. He is worth his weight in gold. He is literally one of the kindest most helpful person I have ever met. Knowledgeable, Knows where everything was I was after, such good positive energy an absolute joy dealing with him. Rona - Better thank their lucky stars they have a such great guy

Great stock on hand for most projects. Usually fast service that is before knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely more invested in customer service tha Lowes or Home Depot. That all said their service has slipped in recent years and is no longer the perfection that it used to be. Their store parking area is has more in common with trench warfare than a parking lot due to the frost heaves and pot holes

Normally I like Rona, but my last experience here made me want to stick to Home Depot for the foreseeable future. I bought a handleset here for a job, installed it, to find the latch was defective and would have jammed the door if the door closed. I returned it for a refund a couple days later, and they refused to accept it because I was missing a few screws. Really? This isn't going back on the shelf, and I'm already out the time pulling off a doorknob, swapping this, swapping back, and driving to the store. Manager said "I don't know if we'll be able to get a credit from the supplier, and so we'll have to swap the defective parts or we'll be out a few hundred bucks." Yah, last time I checked that's not how returns work, nor could you be out hundreds when I paid less than one. Absolutely ridiculous.
