I have been shopping in this location for past 8 years. Customer service is great, had an issue with a patio umbrella couple years a go & lost the receipt, store manager did go out of his way to find my receipt and replace my defected item .Today I was there again to make return on few feet of casing & trim it did go smooth as usual . Then checked out paint department (I normally shop for paint in homedepot ) The lady in paint department was ACTUALLY KNOWS what she is talking about compare to many times I've been sold the wrong product in competition stores, that is refreshing that you go somewhere tell them what you need & they have properly trained staff on site to help you.

Paint advice was very helpful from a friendly staff member who came right up to help us. I should have gotten her name, she was great. We were there Grey Cup Sunday in the evening. Thank you to this staff member, I have just taped all my samples on the walls and am waiting eagerly for daytime light to see what's good. Thanks Rona staff lady ;)

Great prices on marble or ceramic tiles and cabinet knobs. Not a ton of selection but very nice collection. Quality materials. 👍👍
