The staff were unprofessional professional and did not provide us with adequate instructions. The equipment did not work properly and we were told that there would be no emergency contact over the weekend, should we run into problems. The stands had incorrect pieces that did not fit together. Worst experience I've ever had.

Rented us stereo equipment for half the price we had paid previously, and did a thurough walk-through of setting up and tuning everything in, very satisfied, thank-you.
