DO NOT BUY FURNACES. AC OR HOT WATER TANKS FROM THIS HOME DEPOT! Installers brought damaged goods, damaged some property we asked them to install, didnt know how to properly install some of the items. Forged signature in order to get paid and get rid of us.Home depot head office did nothing and informed us our warranty was void!!! Because we didnt want the company they suppled to come back into our home. Manager of okotoks completely useless. Wouldnt even call us back. If you are looking for these things go to a REPUTABLE company even if you pay more. Stay as far away from home depot especially the okotoks some

My husband and I have been renovating our house but from a recent experience with Home Depot we will not be returning and we will most likely be giving all of our renovation business to Lowes. Here is the situation; we special ordered stair nosings which were supposed to be delivered February 9th. When we followed up on the 10th to find out where they were we were told that they would be in on the 12th or 13th. On the 13th we received a call from Home Depot Toronto saying that they were on back order and we wouldn't get them until March 12. Now our renovation for our entire upstairs and main floor are on hold and we were told that there was nothing that they can do. When we asked to speak to the store manager as the girl at customer service said "and what do you think he is going to tell you that is different"? First rule of customer service is to make sure that the customer is happy and neither the store manager or customer service representative left a positive impression. I'll be driving into Calgary to Lowes for my next renovation project.

Was helped today by Jason in the flooring department. We are having trouble with an RV dealership re: floors and Jason helped us immensely!! He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and helped us feel MUCH more prepared for our case. He spent a long time hashing out numbers and running through the pro's and cons of materials with us.. and simply has a wonderful spirit! Thanks for the help, Jason!
