If I could give this place a zero I would. Worse service I ever received anywhere. Staff has no idea what they sell, can't help with anything at all. All you hear around you is gossip. They couldn't care less about the customers, and to top it off they are impeccably RUDE. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE.DONT SHOP LOCAL. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. I'D RATHER USE UP ALL MY GAS. IT WILL BE WORTH IT FOR BETTER SERVICE. ATROCIOUS!!!

Made a huge downpayment on a garage. The money was gone from my account on their account with approval from the bank. Still they decided to not accept the payment - and refund it so that we have to go again to their store and pay again. What's the background on this ? Probably "rising wood prices" - and they don't want to stand by the quote they gave me before. Furthermore, I constantly got threatened with price changes by their sales department. Completely untrustworthy - the competition was happy be cheaper, better and friendlier. You lost over 20.000$ in business with me plus anything else I will do in the future. Never again !

This Saturday 4/2/22 will be my last and final attempt to support this store. On several occasions over the years I’ve gone in looking for things I need. Never ever can I recall ever being asked for help. When I ask them, I’m really interrupting the busy life threatening mission they are on and I generally get attitude. Most of the time from the middle aged ladies. They are just too busy to help me!! I purposely dress in unattractive clothing to see if I’ll be ignored. Yesterday was no different. I asked a lady in the garden centre for melting ice and was told to go look by the tills! I had already. I took my business downtown and bought melting ice x 4, as they greeted me on arrival. Then I spent an additional $480 on a power tool I thought I should have. And they get all my business from now on!!

A couple weeks ago I burned out my old drill in the middle of a renovation, and I went to look at a new cordless drill. I spoke to Gary and he set me up with a DeWalt brushless at sale price ahead of official sale pricing starting. Today I went back in for a couple small items, including cutting a key. The young fella cutting the keys great, but key wasn't working after a couple trips. I brought the cylinder in, and another staff joined in the to solve the problem. Reset my cylinder and got the newly cut key working. Kudos to all!
