We’ve visited the store five or six times recently and the staff has always been very helpful. My husband received some help from a gentleman in the plumbing section to fix our bathroom faucet. I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the floor so the store employees got a fork lift to get it down from the upper shelves. The prices on bathroom fixtures are a little expensive compared to other retailers

Good selection. Staff could be more helpful if they helped load heavy items.

Brutal customer service. Went in for an online pick up that was place 2 days before. Received an email that it was ready for pick up. It was not ready. Waited 25 minutes in the store before I left without the product. Girl working at customer service had no motivation to correct the issue or attempt to expedite the process. Unfortunately, I’ll have to go back in another day to get the item. The item was a gift from a relative in a different part of Canada. I’ll never shop at this Home Depot. If I have to use Home Depot I’ll make the drive to St Albert.

Aside from the parks Ng lot vein a bit difficult to access from the highway and the odd traffic jam with the folks trying to get into and leave the Starbucks its a decent place. The one comment that needs to be made is there is always someone waiting to give you a hand and direct you to where you need to go. You can’t walk from one end of the store to the other with out being offered assistance by friendly staff.

Not bad selection but staff are unhelpful. Three times recently I've: *Needed help with item *Approached staff member *Staff member said they didn't know *Said they'd send someone *No one comes
