Pretty friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are a tad high, but quality products.

We had planned on buying all our lighting through Austin Bluffs when we were building our custom home over the summer. I tried to show them pictures of what kinds of lights we were looking for but they didn't seem to understand what our style was. They kept insisting that they knew what kinds of lights looked best because they'd done so many designs for parade of homes. Ultimately we decided to purchase most of our lighting online for nearly half the cost. When I called back to try to purchase a few additional parts through them, they insisted that they "couldn't do it." So I had our electrician call to order the parts and they told him that they wouldn't sell it to him because they knew he was working with us. Not only are they overpriced but very unprofessional. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

The website shows lampshades in the products section but when I got to the store they informed me that they do not sell shades.
