Great counter people. Service is great

Dec 1, 2018
I went in to buy two bulbs that are hard to find. I had bought them there a couple of years before. But this time the guy at the counter said if I don't have an account the minimum charge is $50. I mentioned this at the lighting store up the road when they said I could find the bulbs at Allbrite, and they laughed and said "Oh, is that their policy this week?"

Knowledgeable staff and quick service

I have been buying light bulbs for my business of 34 years for the past 15-20 years. I went in today to purchase more bulbs but had no stock, no problem they will bring them in for me in a couple of days. The issue is that i brought in a defective bulb that i purchase from them , the screw in part of the bulb was damaged and it could be screwed in. So i ask for a replacement to be added to my order, Joe the counter person who has known me for close to 30 years said no that this bulb was a different one from the box, yes same par 30 short neck same 75 wattage but not from that company. I said i took the bulb out from this box it was my last backup bulb but it was defective, Joe refused to believe me and would not give me a replacement and through the bulb and box in the garbage. Joe basically called me a liar. Joe Never thought a mix up could have happen at their end or the manufacture of the bulb but I was trying to scam Albrite out of a $6 bulb. Joe's quote "I not going to eat this" Wow all over a $6 bulb replacement. Like I said I have been running a business in Victoria for 34 years and i may not agree with a complaint but I have never treated a customer like they were a liar and that's how I felt today Aug 22/2018

I was trying forever to find a specific light bulb for my commercial refrigerator couldn't find it anywhere I littarly was at the end of my rope and was about to give up searching and then came across these guys and they had the right light bulb! However I did get sold there wrong one at first so I had to go back but swapping it for the right one was quick easy and painless I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone and will be back for any other lighting needs
