Wow. Some of the reviews on here are awful. We just moved to Mission from Burnaby recently and I'll admit, I miss the bigger hardware stores; both Rona and Home Depot. They are much bigger so they have a greater selection of products. However, we have gone to this Mission location many times while we reno our house and they have the basic things we need. The staff is generally very nice and helpful except for a couple young people who seemed very new. I have also purchased several gallons of paint from the Benjamin Moore section and the staff has been very nice and helpful. I haven't had any problems with mistints. Overall, I think the Rona in Mission is doing a good job providing good, helpful service and as much variety as possible in a small store.

Don't buy anything expensive from here...other than screws, nails etc. Forget about returning anything here. Not good customer service. Staff is always low on energy...except staff on tills.

A monopoly in a town of 40,000 people is never a good idea. Some decent staff members there with good hearts, but many that have no clue what they are talking about. Also other than the basics and lumber this store barely ever has what I'm looking for forcing me to drive to Abbotsford to Home Depot or Lowes.

Great help in the painting department. And wonderful service when they go to buy wood outside.

Never has had good service , only shop there because what else is there in mission. It's too bad because most of the other merchants in town are awesome
