Great local store, the selection in the store is impressive. The staff was very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and concerns.

We recently built a new home near Salmon Arm and we were impressed with both Nicole’s expertise and professionalism regarding our selections. The store is beautiful and well organized - we were able to find everything we needed and more. We appreciate Nicole’s suggestions as they worked out great! Will definitely shop there in the future!

I found Nicole very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to find the light fixtures I wanted - and cheaper than Kelowna and Vernon.

Cheap products sold at high end prices. I honestly expected this to be a more high quality shop, being devoted to lighting and having relatively high prices, but it's the same quality you'll find at the home depot. If you want to charge higher end prices, sell higher end products. Selling poor quality items made in china for the prices charged at decent lighting stores is a sure way to disappoint, and a shady way to run your business. I prefer to shop local, but local businesses also need to run a fair business (and does buying things made in china at a local business really count as local shopping??), and this business has lost my respect and patronage.

Thanks for all your assistance. As for reviews, we did all of our new home lighting with Prisa and were delighted, recently Kim has helped me source some parts I wanted (nothing to do with what we bought earlier). I love the new store, some great ideas and beautiful lighting products.
