What you would expect from a "fringe", niche store: a bit untidy, very knowledgeable, down-to-Earth proprietor.

I picked one star because there is no zero option. I had these clowns certify a foreign fixture and assemble it. They brutalized components because they couldn’t determine how to assemble it. I watched one staff member wrenching a very delicate part with vice grip, destroying it. When I pointed it out they used faulty parts in a botched repair effort. They tried to hide other shoddy work. When I asked about it they got confrontational and fairly abusive. The short little dude got right in my face and started yelling at me. I didn’t want my expensive fixture held hostage so I paid the invoice and left. My electrician installed it and within weeks many of the components stopped working. Just today the faulty, botched “repair” started smoking and now, 30 feet up in the air, I’ll have to pay to get someone up there, take it down, and pay someone who knows what they are doing to rebuild it properly. Avoid them.

Excellent, personalized service in finding or building genuine heritage light fixtures. No trouble is too much for this highly skilled craftsman, and prices are eminently reasonable.
