Couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Norburn working with Allison in showroom sales. Allison was able to remedy a long standing issue with an affiliated store, was professional and courteous and delivered exactly what she promised. Highly recommend Allison and Norburn. Well done.

Was in the week before wth my wife, we found something we liked, but not once was asked if we need help. We wanted to think about it, so decided to pick it up. Just went back by myself, stood there for 15 min trying to get someone's attention. Direct eye contact and a wave, walked right past me to the next person, 3 times. I finally got frustrated, went to reception to ask if it was possible to give them some money in exchange for a light fixture. Told them what happened and how frustrating it was, and got the token "oh sorry"and that was it. You are selling (or trying not to sell) light fixture and bulbs, not a Ferrari, lose the attitudes.

There is a reception desk when you first walk through the door. I was referred to a sales person right away, got a quote for what I wanted, and called back later to place the order. I paid around 25% less than Robinson for the exact same model of shower and matching base. Great experience over all.

I purchased two bathroom fixtures from Norburn -- great service at the time of purchase --- two years later -- what I thought was a blown tube -- Norburn -- helped me track down replacement tubes --- sadly it was the ballast --- Norburn to the rescue to help me track down a replacement ballast --- I can only sing the praises of this customer service oriented firm --- THREE CHEERS FOR NORBURN LIGHTING and their amazing Staff
