We like to shop at Robinson Lighting and have found quite a few good lamps over the past several years. This store has been here at this location for many years. They usually have many samples for pedestal and hanging lights in the store which makes it easier to choose lamps. And, they bring both the newer and the traditional styles. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Service is excellent. Prices are reasonable.

Sometimes the service is good and sometimes its bad. Called Ronnie Saw in morning yesterday to ask for a product and no word. Called today and he wasn't in. I understand people have schedules but a follow up to let me know he was working on it would of made me not have to call them to see if they forgot about me. Customer service is king.

I have been working with Ronnie Saw for almost 20 years and have always enjoyed working with him. He is very attentive to detail and will offer excellent recommendations for lighting needs.

During my recent visit couple of days ago, I was assisted by the Branch Manager, Jared C. I had inquired about an older track lighting part and was not sure if it still even existed. Within seconds, Jared had the older part in his hands and made my day with the best customer service experience. He also spent time to give me a great tip for the fixture. I know one typically gets better service by a manager, but his store deserves good karma. So don't think twice about visiting here! Thanks again.

Staff virtually ignored me. Maybe they need better lighting.( Or training) Sometimes working people have money to spend, it just won’t be at your store ever again.
