My wife n I went to look at lights she wanted a certain type of lights, one of the staff members showed us a few options in some catelogues and offered the option of ordering one from their manufacturers. We went right at closing time the staff was really good they offered to stay behind and helped us. We ended up purchasing a chandelier and dinning table light at a great price just thought the LED bulbs were at bit pricey but w/e the service was great don’t mind paying a little extra if the service is top notch

We had the distinct pleasure of meeting with Sarvjeet Singh, Chaman, Ravneet other team members in regards to purchasing lighting fixtures and chandeliers for a custom home in we are building. The level of service and commitment to assisting us in getting exactly the lights we wanted was unbelievable, we visited more than six (6) different show rooms in the lower mainland/Vancouver area looking for the perfect fit. Unfortunately we were met with lack or interest or service, very high pricing, etc. These folks took service and value to the next level, they truly paid attention to our needs, going above and beyond to ensure price, and quality fit our needs. I would recommend going only to meet with Sarvjeet and his team, they don't just care about a "sale" they are in business to build lasting relationships with their clients. They certainly have gained our business and we look forward to working with them in the near future on other projects. Many Thanks and many Best Wishes for continued success to all the folks at SM Lighting & Bath Design. Eric C Abbotsford BC

Great store with wide selection of lightning and bathroom products. Amazing customer service ! Friendly and warm experience. Special thank you to Ravneet ;) We had a mistake in a order, which she fixed quickly, with a smile. I definitely would recommend to my friends.

I have had a great experience working with SM Lighting and Bath Design. Their friendly staff are constantly up to date with the new upcoming trends in home design. They are able to provide a variety of options for the customer to choose from. However, for homeowners it always comes down to pricing. Thankfully they are able to provide the best prices along with great customer service to keep you happy. SM Lighting and Bath Design have become my go-to shop for all my lighting and plumbing needs.

They are selling garbage in the name of lightbulbs, firstly Ravneet said the bulbs come s with fixture and later charged $10 per bulb...they did not last 3 days and she said you can return this and she will Oder from a different supplier..and two weeks later they don’t honour that...shame!!
