I had a terrible experience with my return. It took me almost one month to receive my return money. So they had my money and the chandelier. When I finally received my money, they only returned half. They said they had to pay $145 to send it back to the manufacturer and then 20% restocking fee. So, on a chandelier I paid $450 for I received $229 back! When I purchased it I was not told about the restocking fee and if I knew that it would cost that much to send back I would of not purchased it! I was so frustrated with waiting for them to get an amount from the manufacturer on a delivery fee back, but they made no effort for any compensation. Just terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY!

This is our lighting store and during the renovation they were very helpful. We settled on all led fixtures 100%. Since our purchase, we saw our fixtures on an american tv series decorating design show. I will not say our reno was 4 years ago, but we are always ahead of our time, especially with OP Lighting as the cutting edge leader. Thank you Ocean Pacific ..... PS the lighting is still terrific.

Great & knowledgeable service when I came in to order pendants, semi-flush & pot lights. We picked some tfrom showroom & some from catalogs. Staff made it seem easy when could have been overwhelming. Some stock had to be ordered and wait time was accurate. Love my lights!

Not worth the trouble. Info incorrect, orders late, don't call when things finally arrive.
